OPEN HEAVEN FOR TEENS

DATE: WEDNESDAY, 9TH OF AUGUST, 2023

THEME: HE IS PERFECT

MEMORISE: He is the Rock, his way is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. Deuteronomy 32:4

READ: Matthew 5:48

[48]Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

MESSAGE

God can't make mistakes because He is perfect in all His ways. There are many Bible verses that state that God is perfect. Psalm 18:30 says:

As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. 

Since everything God does is perfect, He can't make a mistake because a mistake would be an imperfection.

Another attribute that proves that God can't make mistakes is that He is all-knowing and all-powerful. When Someone makes a mistake, it is because he/she is either unaware of something (a present or future situation) or unable to do something.

I laugh at people who do unimaginable things just to get to the top or excel at something because they would not last there if it's not their time, Therefore, walk perfectly before Him as His child.

REFLECTION 

Can a perfect God birth an imperfect child?
