KEY VERSE: "And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that here will laugh with me." Genesis 21:6

TEXT: GENESIS 21:8

It is said that laughter is stronger than medicine. It draws people together in ways that lead to healthy physical and emotional changes in the body. Laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, reduces pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Laughter lightens your burdens, inspires hope, connects you to others and keeps you grounded, focused and alert. It also helps you to release anger from your mind. (Health and wellness, Google).

Laughter was, to Sarah, a way of expressing her pleasant surprise. It was a way of expressing how wonderful God is. It was also a way of saying "God how easy is it for You to roll away man's longstanding problem." The Lord will make you laugh too. 

Things may appear difficult at school and hard at home. But you must pray, wait and trust in God to help you. Soon, He will change your condition and cause you to laugh and express thanksgiving to Him.

PRAYER: Lord, I believe that You will supply my needs and make me laugh.
