TOPIC: BETRAYAL

Life is full of surprises that make one wonder how to handle them. We hear of betrayals from friends, family members and, or, close acquaintances. 

Jesus said that that is part of the things that must happen to us in the end times (Matthew 24). He suffered the same fate in the hands of a close friend (Judas).

Satan will maximally use anyone who avails himself to achieve his plans. Judas was a disciple who worked closely with Jesus yet the devil took advantage of the opportunity he (Judas) gave him to betray Jesus. 

We must be very careful about our relationships so that they do not make us become betrayers as we live on this side of eternity. 

Do not betray the people God brings your way. Rather, contribute towards making their lives better.

QUESTION:* If you have ever been betrayed, how did it feel and what did you do?

*PRAYER:* Help me, dear Lord, to be sensitive to the ploy of Satan who wants to make me betray other people and grant me the grace to stand with You to be a blessing to others. Amen.
