WITNESS CHRIST

2 COR. 5:14-20

One major truth some believers have not come to terms with is the fact that we should no longer live for ourselves. The Scriptures say Jesus died for us so that we may live for Him. This is why we were made new creatures - to live in this world solely for Jesus. God has given each of us the ministry of reconciliation. Our daily duty (ministry) in any form it takes, is to see others reconciled to God. We must do this by our words, actions and ministry. This was the only responsibility the Lord gave to us when He was leaving. We are to go to all nations and make Him known. Sinners must come to God through Christ. Every avenue and opportunity given to us must be effectively utilised to ensure the Great Commission is fulfilled.

POINT OF EMPHASIS: Witnessing Christ is our sole responsibility while we live here on earth.

PRAYER POINT: Lord, help me not to fail in this responsibility of witnessing You. Help me to maximise all opportunities to make You known in Jesus' name.
