TOPIC: THE GATHERING OF MULTITUDE – AN HONOUR TO THE KING.
SCRIPTURE: In the multitude of people is the king's honour:
But in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.
Proverbs 14:28
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The gathering of multitudes of God’s people communicates honour to God, the King of kings.
It has been confirmed that there are several ways to honour God. God is honoured through our praise and worship, our offerings, our excellence, a life of integrity and impact, etc.
Furthermore, another way to honour God is the gathering of multitudes in the worship of God.
Proverbs 14:28a says,
In the multitude of people is the king's honour.
This means, the gathering of multitudes of God’s people communicates the honour of God, the King of kings.
Let me give you one practical example.
Some time ago, at the Glory Dome, we had an unusually massive crowd gathering for a Sunday Service. God literally gathered people from all walks of life unto Himself just as it happened in the days of Jesus Christ on earth where great multitudes were gathered unto Him (Matthew 13:2).
In that particular service, the influx of people was so massive that the Glory Dome was filled beyond its maximum capacity. The two galleries of the sanctuary were filled up with people. The foyers and walkways were filled, yet people were still trooping in massively.
When all the available spaces within the sanctuary were filled up, and people were still trooping in, we had to arrange chairs outside.
After those chairs were still filled up by people, many people joyfully sat on the bare floor outside the sanctuary to worship God on a Sunday Service. In fact, people were seen hanging around every available space around the sanctuary.
You see, one thing that this massive crowd gathering communicates is honour to God who is the King of kings.
The question is, is your life bringing honour to God? In what way is your life honouring God?
My counsel is, deploy yourself fully with everything you have got by contributing to bringing in the multitudes for the worship of the King of kings. Win souls and establish them.
REMEMBER THIS: The gathering of multitude of God’s people communicates honour to God, the King of kings.

2. Deploy yourself with all that you have to bring in souls into the Kingdom and establish them.
PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for Your Word to me today. I ask for the grace to deploy myself and my resources in the gathering of multitudes for the Honour and glory of Your Name, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

TOPIC: THE GOD OF SUPERNATURAL AND UNNATURAL SUPPLIES
SCRIPTURE: And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.
Luke 5:6.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Our God is the God of supernatural supplies; He is the God of unnatural supplies.
It has been established that our God is the God of supernatural supplies; He is the God of unnatural supplies; He is the God of supplies beyond normal.
In Scriptures, there are examples where God showed Himself as the God of supernatural supplies.
First, in 1 Kings 17:1-6, God directed Elijah to the Cherith Brook and fed him by the ministry of a raven. That was not a normal supply. That was a supernatural supply.
Second, the widow of Zarephath was miraculously sustained by God (1 Kings 17:13-16). There was famine in the land and Elijah told the widow to make him a meal first, and that her barrel of meal shall not waste neither shall the cruse of oil fail until God sends rain on the earth (1 Kings 17:14).
You see, we saw the God of unnatural supplies at work. The widow’s food could not finish until it rained in Israel. That was not a natural supply.
Third, the God of unnatural supplies showed up for Peter in the supernatural supply at a lake in Capernaum when it was time to pay tax (Matthew 17:24-27). Jesus sent Peter to the sea to cast a hook, and he brought money from the mouth of a fish. That was not a normal supply. That was a supernatural supply.
Fourth, the harvest of a great multitude of fishes at the Gennesaret Lake shows the God of unnatural supplies at work. Peter had toiled all night but caught nothing. Jesus told Peter to launch his net into the deep for a draught; and when Peter obeyed, there was a harvest of a great multitude of fishes and the net brake. Again, that was not a normal supply.
Beloved, God is the same yesterday, today and forever. What God did for one, He is ready to do for others. And I decree to you in this season that the God of supernatural and unnatural supplies will manifest Himself in your life, in Jesus’ Name.
Remember this: Our God is the God of supernatural supplies; He is the God of unnatural supplies; He is the God of supplies beyond normal.
ASSIGNMENT:
1. Put your trust wholly in the God of Unnatural supplies to prove Himself in your life.
2. Follow the principles that provoke the supernatural supplies of God.
PRAYER: Thank You LORD, for revealing Yourself to me as the God of supernatural, unnatural supplies. I receive the grace to practice the Scriptural principles that provoke supernatural supplies in my life, O LORD, in Jesus’ Name.
